COMMERCIAL
“Commercial” painting is a different beast than residential, and is a term that encompasses many different jobsites; large scale ground-up construction projects, high-end custom remodeling, tenant improvements, multi-unit flips, municipal projects, and property manager-led repaints. Mazzoni Painting has experience in all-of-the-above, and understands the importance of SAFETY, TRADE SEQUENCING, BUDGETS, and DEADLINES on such projects. All while maintaining the quality and integrity that defines our team.
In my (Andrew) 15yr painting career I’ve worked successfully with dozens of General Contractors, Project Managers/ Engineers/ Coordinators, and Superintendents, across the state of Colorado. Successful commercial painting requires a well-defined vision for success, stellar communication with the GC and other trades, diligent pre-construction planning, and clear contractual expectations. These are lessons that can only be gleaned by years of experience on construction sites.

MY NAME IS Andrew
I’ve been working in the painting industry for 15+ years, most of that time in Colorado. Over that span I’ve worn “all the hats” within the painting industry; apprentice, journeyman, foreman, project manager, production manager, and now owner. This experience gives me a unique perspective on projects, allowing me to see and balance all the competing interest that are often at play. But at the end of the day, total customer satisfaction is how success is defined at Mazzoni Painting.

When we’re not working on all the business things, my wife Megan and I can be found at Red Rocks (music or yoga), Coors Field for baseball (go Dodgers!), Folsom Field for football (sko Buffs!), hiking in and around Boulder County and generally exploring every beautiful corner of CO. I like to golf in the summer and snowboard in the winter.
